Once you submit your inquiry, one of our representatives will contact you. The representative will review the order with you and help with any special requests including shipping options. You will then receive an online invoice via email that you may pay via debit or credit card. For larger purchases, we offer the option to pay via wire transfer (we give a discount for this too!).

We want to help you out as much as we can. Thus, on a case-by-case basis we may work out other terms- such as layaway. It is at Bespoke Fine Jewelry’s sole discretion to extend terms outside of the normal 50% deposit and full balance payment required before shipment.

Note: Klarna financing is not available for jewelry items set with lab-grown diamonds.

We offer a lifetime service warranty for most of our jewelry items. The service warranty covers items like ring sizing, prong repair, loss of diamond(s) or gemstone(s), and more. Learn more here.

Yes! We specialize in custom jewelry- it’s even our name!

Many of our styles can have their metal type, center stone size and shape, and diamond and gemstone type changed without an additional charge.

If you wish to alter something outside of the options shown on the request page, we can do that for you too. Changes to different size and shapes of diamonds/gemstones are an additional $195 (plus additional materials and labor, as needed). Other types of alterations are possible; however, if the change affects the over all design of the ring, the additional charge will increase to $295 (plus additional materials and labor, as needed).

We will contact you with the estimated ship date upon your inquiry submission.

Generally, we like to allow two to three weeks for the jewelry to be created, stones set, and piece finished and ready for shipping. Sometimes it is less time. Solitaire rings, for example, typically are ready to ship in 5-7 business days depending on the metal type chosen. Settings with diamonds or gemstones that need to be special ordered will take longer. Additionally, any alterations to a setting will add more time to its expected ship date.

If you need it in a rush, let us know in the comments of your inquiry. Sometimes we can rush the order. Each piece is different, so we will discuss your options once you submit your inquiry.

Note: Platinum settings take a few days longer to complete no matter the style.

Our standard shipping is UPS 2nd Day which will add another day or two depending on your location. Overnight Saver and Overnight Priority shipping speeds are optional. (International shipping is extra and timing depends on selected speed/location).

Note: an adult signature will be required for delivery- unless you ask us to waive this security feature.

We want you to love the jewelry you purchase from us. We will do everything to make sure it is perfect before it ships to you, but if for some reason you don’t like it after you see it in person, we want to take care of that for you.

We will work with you from your first submission to ensure that the finger size is correct. If for some reason it is not, don’t worry! We are here to help.

If you purchased the lifetime service warranty with your ring, the initial ring resizing is free. For orders without the lifetime service warranty we offer the initial sizing at a discounted rate.
